Where structural, electrical, plumbing, compliance, or specialist concerns arise, KORE will recommend that the property owner appoint a qualified professional.
KORE’s role is limited strictly to oversight, coordination, and reporting within the agreed service scope.
4. STR & Revenue Disclaimer
Short term rental (STR) management services provided by KORE involve structured operational oversight and performance monitoring.
KORE does not guarantee:
• Occupancy levels
• Revenue performance
• Booking frequency
• Platform ranking or search visibility
All booking platform decisions, guest disputes, refund outcomes, cancellation policies, and enforcement actions remain subject to the applicable platform’s terms and conditions.
KORE is not financially responsible for booking platform decisions or guest-related outcomes.
5. Third-Party & Contractor Coordination
Where contractor coordination forms part of the agreed service scope, KORE may facilitate communication, scheduling, and reporting between the property owner and owner appointed service providers.
KORE does not employ contractors or assume responsibility for contractor workmanship, performance, acts, omissions, or negligence. All third-party service providers, including but not limited to contractors, cleaners, handymen, plumbers, electricians, security providers, or booking platforms, remain independently appointed and contracted directly by the property owner unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All contractor agreements, payment obligations, warranties, and workmanship liability remain between the property owner and the respective service provider.
KORE does not provide insurance coverage for property, contractors, service providers, or guests.
6. Platform & Technology Disclaimer
STR management services rely on third-party booking platforms, channel management systems, pricing tools, and related technology providers.
KORE is not responsible for:
• Platform outages or system downtime
• API disruptions or integration failures
• Payment processing delays
• Platform policy changes
• Account suspensions imposed by third-party platforms
• Technical malfunctions beyond KORE’s control
While KORE exercises reasonable care in monitoring platform performance and reporting issues where identified, the availability, stability, and functionality of third-party systems remain outside KORE’s control.
All platform-related terms, policies, and enforcement decisions remain subject to the respective platform’s governing rules.
7. Financial & Liability Framework
KORE operates on a structured monthly retainer model and does not hold client funds or operate trust accounts.
All services are delivered strictly within the scope defined in the formal written service agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability arising from services is governed by and limited to the terms outlined in the signed agreement between the parties.
Nothing contained on this website overrides the formal contractual agreement governing service delivery.
