Includes multi-platform listing oversight, calendar synchronisation, dynamic pricing integration and automated guest communication workflows. Performance tracking, and coordination with owner-appointed service providers are managed are managed within defined operational frameworks. 

 

R4,000 monthly retainer + 15% of gross revenue.

Combines scheduled visual inspections with performance oversight to ensure both property condition and rental operations remain aligned.

 

Includes on-site visual inspections, pre- and post-stay checks, repair coordination, STR monitoring, and structured escalation management.

All physical oversight remains visual and non-invasive.
